In 2020, I launched an online course about personal branding. Over 5,000 people signed up.

Then something happened that I hadn't planned for.

They didn't want to leave.

The course ended, but the conversations didn't. Women were connecting with each other, sharing ideas, checking in on each other's businesses.

They were building something on their own, and they were looking at me like: what's next?

So, I built: Créetelo™. Believe it.

Because none of it – not the business, the brand, or courage to show up — works if you don't first believe it's possible for you.

More than 6,000 women have been part of this community.

Sometimes life gets in the way and they press pause on their membership. And when they come back, they tend to say the same thing:

"It's good to be home again."

The women in this community are founders and executives, consultants, designers, doctors, coaches, marketers, creatives.

Some are building their businesses from the ground up. Others are leading teams inside large organizations. Most are doing both at once.

What they have in common isn't what they do. It's how they show up: generously, honestly, and with no interest in performing a version of themselves that isn't real.

Not a word on a wall.

It’s what we practice in how we run mentoring sessions, organize events, or celebrate each other on a random Wednesday. Here, you're seen, heard and value. And you're not competing with anyone for that.

We come to contribute before we take. To give before we ask.

That's not a rule anyone enforces, it's the energy you feel walking in. And it's why this works for everyone inside it.

You don't need to fit in, because here you belong as you are.

We all come in where we’re at: building, learning, stumbling, and doing all of it out loud, together.

A safe, and a brave space, in the real sense. Where you can share a half-baked idea without anyone judging the half that's missing. Where you can ask the question you're afraid sounds stupid.

Where you don't have to have it figured out, because none of us fully do at one point or another.

More than 50 community leaders across the world organize Créetelo™events on their own time. Not because they're paid to do so, but because they believe in what this is.

I didn't set out to study leadership. I set out to build a place where people felt like they belonged.

But leading a community shows you things that no leadership book can. I watched what happens when people feel genuinely seen. I watched what they'll do for each other when they're not competing for visibility. I watched women stay for years — through business pivots, moves across countries, and seasons where they had nothing to give.

It made me want to know whether the same thing was true at work.

So we commissioned a national research study on Abundant Leadership and Community in the workplace. What we found confirmed what I'd been watching all along: belonging isn't a soft benefit. It moves confidence, performance, retention, and loyalty.

That research became the basis of my new keynote. And it's the one I'm bringing to organizations right now.
