▪️068▪️This post was suggested by @marianamd18 and I immediately connected with it, so I had to do it! For some reason when I feel anxious about something I start eating everything I have nearby, and then I start craving other things that are 5 blocks away #bubbletea 😰 So instead of focusing on solving the problem that is making me anxious, I rather open my fridge over and over again as if something magical will appear and solve all my problems. Ultimately, I end up feeling guilty for feeding my body with garbage and guess what, my problems still unsolved. Now, instead of rewarding myself for momentarily dodging the problem, I will challenge myself to try to solve the issue first and then reward myself with a 🍩🍪🍰🍦or🍷!
